Trigonox 44b ist eine Acetyl -Aceton -Peroxidformulierung für die Heilung von Ungesättigte Polyesterharze in Gegenwart eines Kobaltbeschleunigers im Raum und erhöhten Temperaturen.
Mit dem Curing -System kann Trigonox 44b/Cobalt Accelerator eine viel schnellere Heilungsgeschwindigkeit erreicht werden, als bei Aushärtungssystemen auf Basis eines MEKP plus Cobalt -Beschleuniger, im Raum und erhöhten Temperaturen.
Normalerweise sind die Gelzeiten mit Trigonox 44B mit denen mit Butanox ® M-50 vergleichbar.
Trigonox 44b ist besonders für Anwendungen geeignet Es ist erforderlich, dass eine Schilddurchdrehung erforderlich ist, z. B. für die Kaltpresse-Formtechniken oder die Harzinjektionstechniken.
