Aopol XO Tooling Resin ist ein neues Werkzeugharz, das auf der nachgewiesenen LP-Technologie (Low Profile) von Ashland basiert.
AOPOL XO bietet eine effiziente Möglichkeit, hochwertige FRP -Werkzeuge mit guter dimensionaler Stabilität aufzubauen.

Die Eigenschaften von Aopol XO Harz sind:
- Einfache Anwendung aufgrund von niedriger Viskosität durch Sprüh- oder Handaufbau- hervorragende Aushärte, bei der nur Peroxid hinzugefügt werden muss
- Gute mechanische Festigkeit und Wärmewiderstand erzeugen ein langes Lebenswerkzeug mit langer Lebensdauer
- Niedriges Schrumpf verleiht dem endgültigen Werkzeug ein überlegenes Oberflächenprofil und eine gute Dimensionsstabilität

AROPOL XO TOOLING HARIN ANWENDUNG

Mischen Sie immer das Werkzeugharz von Aopol XO gründlich, bevor Sie das Material vollständig homogenisieren. Die Anwendung des Harzes ist aufgrund seiner niedrigen Viskosität und des hohen thixotropen Index einfach.
Die Härtungseigenschaften von AOPOL XO -Harz sind optimiert, um eine minimale Laminatdicke von 5 mm nass auf nass mit pulvergebundener Matte (4 x 450 g/m2) zu bauen. Auf diese Weise können hochwertige Werkzeuge schneller als mit herkömmlichen Methoden produziert werden. Effrecall -Imprägnierung von Glasfasern und sehr niedrigerer Schrumpfung macht das Werkzeugharz von AOPOL XO besonders geeignet für die Herstellung von Werkzeugen mit hoher Dimensionsstabilität und Oberflächenprofil.
